Formerly an aging marina, this adaptive reuse project has preserved the marina operation but replaced boat storage areas and a trailer park with duplex condominiums and common amenities. The project received LEED platinum certification in recognition of energy efficient architecture and sustainable site planning that includes permeable paving, bio-swales, native plants and local sourced construction materials.
