Tide Point  Residence
Weekapaug, Rhode Island

This project was the firm’s second LEED certified residence.  Since the site is within the highly regulated Rhode Island coastal zone, special measures were taken for sewage disposal and drainage. Unsightly treatment structures were effectively hidden with plantings. All paved surfaces were composed of permeable pavers and crushed shells.  Plants were selected for seashore tolerance and summer color.
